Hacking Latest Firmware?

I bought my CycloDS Evolution way back.
The one I currently have installed is
v1.5B2. It's been a while since I came back
here looking for the latest stable version of
the Evolution because this version was really
stable and worked on every game I have
on there.

Anyways whats the latest release of the CycloDS Evolution
that is stable and could play every game including new ones?

Or just the most stable one?

Or should I stick to what I got?

1.54 is the latest firmware. I haven't had any problems with it. It's always a good idea to use the latest firmware for the best ROM compatibility.
