PS2 and Game Cube emulation is pretty good, few glitches here and there, but most games are working.

But you need a really good PC, multi-core CPU is a must. I can play Crysis on my PC but can't get more than 15FPS on Final Fantasy X (in game.. menu screens go up to 100FPS

).

As for the XBox, there's one emulator called Cxbx that can run some games, never tested it. And anyway, no one cares much about Xbox emulation since 99% of the games from the Xbox library have PC ports..

just wondering, is there a program that can tell you how many flops your computer is capable of?

Dolphin for GC, PCSX2 for PS2. You need a pretty good set-up though. And obviously games won't run perfectly.
