only if the .iso includes the english language, extract the main.dol with WiiPower's toy v3 or newer, use GWP1.2 to patch to ENG language, save the file, run WiiPower's toy again and this time just press A tu load the game, if it works you can use that main.dol to replace the original with trucha signer and burn the .iso..!!
