No (well, it should be able to be swiped clean with a wet towel, and if you spill out your coffee on it... but not as in "take it to the bathroom" water proof... I want it to be wooden

about 2-3 inches tall, so the pens won't fall out. I guess? (not clear on what you mean really)

With LED's: Varying colours!
