2ds have always worked with sysupdater. Just be sure to not mess up with the update packs.

i have a n3ds and used that on it.. after seeing justpingo didnt release ktm and everybody saying this is safe as long you use correct files then at least have safe mode

KTM is done. Use sysupdater to downgrade and enjoy gateway 3ds or rxtools.

uhh... I have no clue how to do that xD I dont really wanna format all my data. I'd rather just keep attempting to downgrade for maybe the slightest chance that it ends up working

The option to format is in data management. N3DS users who can't downgrade need to format their system first. Read up how to back up your save files then format. It will fix your issue.
