First, it's KORG, not KROG.
Second, It's already out in Japan since September 17, 2009.
Thirdly, In the USA, most sites say Q1 of 2010. A couple sites talk about an October Release date which I believe was the original intended date.

EDIT: The first was called KORG DS-10, the second adds the word PLUS.
The PLUS is a hybrid DS/DSi cart and it is able to do more synthesis than the original version.
Look around it's not hard to find info on it.
