Homebrew Kirby air ride debug code?

Hi! so I bought this Wii from marketplace, and when i turned it on it just showed the preloader menu. What should i do?

I'm using nintendon't because why not.
I need the Kirby air ride debug code that works with Ocarina manager. It seems to always have an error.
