I just received a 3.0.2 version Kindle and was wondering if there is any way to edit a PDF document before transferring it to the kindle so the text will appear larger on the kindle screen. There doesnt seem to be any option on the kindle to allow for all the text on the screen to become bigger, so I was hoping to edit the PDF document in some way to do this. Or perhaps there's some sort of app I can add to the kindle which would help the process. Any suggestions would be appreciated since I'm pretty new to the kindle scene.

Once an eBook on the Kindle app is loaded (e.g. Treasure Island, which came with my phone), press Menu then View Options. The top options change the font size.

I don't know about PDF files though, since I only tried books through the Kindle app.

EDIT: I just realised that the OP meant the actual Kindle, not the Kindle app. My mistake.
