Gaming killzone 2 black screen

All other games work, but I just can't get killzone 2 to work.
I've tried PSARC.exe method, Splitting method, eboot fix to make psn like
icon to boot from xbm, select + x on multiman, gaiamanager, external,
internal... nothing works. anything else i can try?
3.55 custom fw, dont remember what its called but its the popular one

bump. is there something I haven't tried yet? or was that all the options I have and it doesn't work
forgot to mention I have a disc in.
