we will not be able to start 3.0.1 games with kernelhax on 3.0.0 ??
so i can update my 3.0.0 and when/if someday we got 3.0.1 keys we have 3.0.1 kernelhax to ?
or better stay on 3.0.0

We don't know which comes first or if either will ever, 3.0.1+ hacks or 3.0.1+ games on older versions. If you want games, update. If you want Homebrew, don't.

Correct. 3.0.1 games use 3.0.1 encryption keys, we need a kernel exploit (or close to it) for 3.0.1 to get said keys.

@Sicklyboy I happened to have ubisoft app already installed, so I just logged in and got the game and played with @Skv0ra

@realtimesave, uuugggghhhhhhh sounds like multiplayer doesn't work on Linux
  • Sicklyboy @ Sicklyboy:
    Because of the anticheat

That's been a constant issue on linux

  • Sicklyboy @ Sicklyboy:
Shouldn't be, because these anti cheat suites pretty much all natively support linux if I'm not mistaken, and it's down to a literal checkbox that they're not ticking.
  • Plazorn @ Plazorn:
Would you really install a kernel level anticheat program if it existed though? I sure wouldn't.
