So is there any new Kernel for TTDS or are there any users who made one? I really wanna update but it seems that DSTT is dead or making something big

No, you should use Unofficial 1.17a02 with YSMenu since that will have better compatibility.

Now add the infolib.dat from HERE, and the USRCHEAT.dat from HERE and you're as up-to-date as you possibly can be.
