Hacking Just ruined my Dissidia Duodecim save

So eons ago when I decided to import my Dissidia save to Duodecim I decided not to carry over equipment like an idiot even though I did carry over character levels so about 150 hours in I find I'm severely underequipped. My PSP is hacked so I thought I'd install a cheat plugin and fix me past error and decided to use a cheat to unlock all equipment. Well now there's no equipment. None. No accessories either. My characters can't equip anything because I don't have anything. Is there anything I can do to fix this? Do I need to edit the cheats? Can I edit my saves directly? Or am I just 100% screwed?

As there doesn't appear to be a quick fix I'd use this as a warning to anyone looking to do what I did. It seems many of the Dissidia Duodecim cheats are broken so I'd avoid them until fixed cheats come out.
