I have two dualshock 4 controllers that won't connect to ps4. I have done everything. I need help.

There is a reset button on the back of the controller on the top right side.

So it doesn't respond on the home menu either, not just in game?

yes. It doesn't respond to either.

Might be the system internal Bluetooth.

I'm not even sure if it is the Bluetooth to be honest since if you tried wired connection and it still doesn't respond.
