I have a brand new PSP 3000 with 6.20, I just found out about the 3G-4G thingy. My PSP is 4G, as proven by both PSP Ident and PSP Filer...
Shame I did not know this sooner as I would LOVE to downgrade it to 5.03.
As far as I know 5.03 is better because it can play PSX games and stuff. Although I'm not complaining about 6.20 TN, it is amazing what they have achieved on a possibly non-downgradeable firmware...
Anyway my question is: Does anyone know if it will be sometimes in the future possible to downgrade a 4G PSP 3000 from 6.20 to 5.03? I'd love that.
Or if it's not possible, will 6.20 TN be developed to reach the level of 5.03 GEN? Like full PSX support, all emulators and so on. Thanks for any info.

Impossible to downgrade a 4G to 5.03 as the firmware doesn't have any files for understanding the hardware. 6.20 TN will hopefully continue to be developed OR the PSP master keys will be released and we can sign homebrew and PSX eboots to run anyway.
