Homebrew JP Cubic Ninja

Is Cubic Ninja back on the Eshop? I read somewhere on this site that it is but I can't check it myself because my JP N3DS is still on 10.5. Now that browserhax is dead in 10.6, I'm considering getting a JP version of Cubic Ninja for ninjhax but before I go looking for a reasonably priced physical cart I wanted to know for sure that it's still not on the eshop.

It's gone from the eShop even before Ninjhax released.
