Homebrew Question Joycon Second Controller Connecting as Vertical Issue

Hey guys, having abit of an issue.. As you can see my Second joycon always shows up as a Vertical controller no matter which joycon I connect First.. So it definitely isn't a Joycon issue.. It's something to do with the switch itself I assume.
Is there some way to fix this problem?
