Hardware Joycon firmware downgrade

I updated my joycon but they do not sync anymore when I use older firmware. Can I downgrade it? How? I don't have a backup.

Joycon firmware can't be downgraded once they are updated, also this is an English speaking site, please post in English

Even if you could, downgrading the Joy-Con firmware won't help them sync. The Joy-Con firmware and the console's firmware aren't related in the slightest.

May be if you have a backup with https://gbatemp.net/threads/tool-joy-con-toolkit.478560/ you can restore it, but if they doesn't sync event when you put on the rail maybe there is something else bad.

Thanks. I'll try to update it. Probably I'll start using atmosphere. I just realy liked using external hdd.
