Hardware Joycon connection problem

Hi,

I have an oled switch. I have the white joy cons. Well, their color don't matter much, my problem is the right joy con. It's like it doesn't connect well to the console, sometime even to the point of disconnecting from it, sometime, only doing weird things a little similar to joy con drifting but not quite it (I suppose weird things due to it not connecting correctly)

is it something known ?
Do I have to return it to get it change ?

If you won't hassle around, then get it back to your Seller and change it (Warranty).
