Hello as title says,
I was installing picofly on oled, it works and everything goes smooth, when I entered into cfw and starting installing ganes, looks like left joycon shorts the console I cannot glitch and even error to unit emmc appears.
So after some resets and removing the joy on, I notice it glitch very well, but when I try to connect joycons, it works very weird. I conect other joycon and didn’t detect, so I’m thinking the flex isn’t working.
What else I need to check?

Can you try checking if there's not issues on the connector on Switch's board or some trace related to it?
Now customer tell me to he'll use as is, but on Friday/Saturday I will check again, I have spare rail to exchange but since on that side of the board there's no too much movement for the picofly installation I was wondering what could happen, also when customer bring me the console it's has the joycons attached and it was working good, I only update OFW to 18.1.0, and I removed joycons to disassembly

Check whether you have unintentionally scratched the PCB around the metal shield while trying to open it.
The joycon line is very close to the metal shield and when trying to remove the shield, it can be damaged, maybe shorting out something else as well.

The joycon detection line runs under the emmc so that might also be a point to check.

may be the right joycon was modified to act as a «home» button pressed to get the console on RCM, like this ones: https://imgur.com/gallery/stealth-rcm-joycon-mod-EbS5ZCg

my bad. the left have no the «home button» but it can have a short on the rail or the board. test disconnecting the ribbon cable of the rail inside the joycon.
Thanks, I have a junk oled so ima try with that, customer states he left abandoned so weird things happen sometimes
