You only need to know C to make the TCP Gecko Installer functions for the file system so I can do the Java part easily but right now I have to do everything (Java because of JGecko U, C because of the TCP Gecko Installer, Python because of pyGecko and C# because of TCP Gecko.NET). Nobody is helping with any of them, nice job community. You really care about these things to be great again:D
Hmm... I know python so I could help with pyGecko... probably not with the rest though.

Daft question here guys so if you wannna kick me in the shins, I understand so crack on, Im following the tutorial and have created a tcpgecko folder in the apps folder on my sd card, when i download the tcp gecko installer, it just a tcpgecko.elf, nothing else like whats shown in the video. I don't want to do the wrong thing and screw things up on my wiiu. Ive downloaded the Java and installed it, I have downloaded jgecko and it runs on my pc. Do i just place the tcpgecko.elf file into the tcpgeckpo folder on my sd card and thats it??? Cheers guys and I apologise if my question sounds too daft. Thanks in advance

You need the codehandler.bin, icon.png and meta.xml. The icon.png and meta.xml are in the meta folder.

I'd love to help but I don't know Java and pretty much no C :(

I use c# for work. I also have intelli J.
Alright. You can do any of the todos or contribute somehow to the TCP Gecko Installer and use a modified TCP Gecko.NET for testing the client since you do C#. Java is very similar so it's easily ported to JGecko U. Additional good ideas and implementations not mentioned yet are still appreciated :)

I need to go back and double check everything because as soon as I entered the TCP web address into the browser, it froze my wiiu as the page started to load. Must have done something wrong somswhere

Can't get wiiu finder to work, it won't even open up on my PC, so I've used the ip finder software. Can't see anything obvious but none of the above IP address show up in jgecko. Help. Any help and advice with this will be very much appreciated

Go into your router settings, the Wii U will be the device called "Nintendo Wii U". It should be in the DCHP section

Make sure all software is up to date, including the tcpgecko.elf and codehandler.bin on the Sd card in the wii-U. did you run the tcpgecko app from the homebrew channel? and click x to run codehandler?
