Gaming Japanese Translator Wanted

I was fiddling with the Japanese PSN store that launched on the PS4 but of course have no clue what's going on. I've been told that there's a free 3 months of PSN+ being given out but there might be stuff I'm missing. If anyone could give a translation of the below I'd owe you one.

It is basically a giveaway for 22 42 inch Bravia TVs by doing those 4 things below, PS4 game demo, Free first episodes of selected series, 30 day trial on Music Unlimited, and PS Plus trial.

Yea I read it, but in this case you could also guess from the "PS Plus" and the "3"
