Hacking Japanese games on NTSC-U Wii issues...

I tried to ran Captain Rainbow and Bomberman(both NTSC-J and Brickblocked) on my NTSC-U Wiikey chipped Wii, the games work fine but all the Japanese texts are messed up. (as if I use Western Character Encoding on Japanese website.)

What's the cause of this? And how can I fix it?
