Homebrew I’ve been gone from 3D shacks for a while now

im sorry if this is against the rules or annoying. I’ve been gone since about 11.3 firmware so I was wondering what has been released/changed since this firmware? What is the state of emulation, new cfw, latest fw, and any thing you can think of to further help me.

Don't use Retroarch for 3DS, it's fallen into disrepair after the only person who worked on it left. Use bubble2k16's emus (virtuaNES, snes9x, Picodrive, and TemperPCE) instead or NSUI for the official emus.
