Just a reminder to take care of your mental health.

A Metaphor that works well here, is that You might have a Beast of a computer, but with a corrupted os it's pretty much unusable. Same thing with the Human body, your body might be in good health, but with a damaged mental state it's unusable.

So this is a friendly reminder to stay positive, try to look for help if you need it, and that we are all in this together.

I find the present fad for mental health concerns to be... disconcerting. All for people sorting it but most people pushing the notion seem to have completely missed the boat.

Yeah, i've been trying to improve mine, Hide and forget about scars, and live without fear of other people.

I have mental issues that can't be solved.
But other then that, I'm perfectly fine otherwise!

Well honestly, sometimes you can't fix them, but you could try to make them better(not saying you haven't, just putting it out there)

I think focusing on what you eat and getting proper exercise helps out in the long run. My drugs are fruits and veggies.
