Homebrew Its about my SD card

I know this sounds dumb, but the 'user1' file is not on my SD card for some reason. I've tried everything I can think of, and I don't know why it isn't working. I could really use a helpful pointer or two.

Anyone got any idea how to fix the problem so I can use powersaves?

The SD Card has nothing to do with Powersaves, very confused here. Please explain in detail a bit more about your situation.
