I have A9LH installed, latest hourly of Luma in 11.3.
I got the m4a and the otherapp.
So, i get the bottom screen changing colors, then, it freezes on red.
Here's a more detailed error.

Hblaucher loader and oot3dhax isn't working either.

HBlauncher Loader has been updated to support the latest firmware, just install the latest .cia file
as for oot3dhax, try updating to the latest otherapp payload and the boot.3dsx file from http://smealum.github.io/3ds/
