Hacking Issue after system transfer // Installing boot9strap (DSiWare Game Injection)

I have a 2ds that I hacked, and I went through all the steps using 3ds.guide to do so, successfully. I then proceeded with the DSiWare Game Injection process by doing the system xfer and when i got to "Section VII - Configuring Luma3DS". it would not load the luma3ds config, Note godmode does load on startup and works fine. at the botttom of the linked page it says "if you get an error , just continue to the next page". Does this apply to my specific situation, and if I continue will it work properly?(trying to avoid bricking) im assuming that bc it was a transfer the luma3DS has already been configured? if not please explain what I need to do at this point to proceed forwards! Thank you! wasnt sure if I should post this in the noob section or not! if it was in wrong section I apologize!

What boots if you don't hold anything and only power on the console?

If you copied over the Luma config file (or are still using the SD card from the source 3DS), the config won't come up automatically since it is already configured. Holding the select button when powering on will open the config screen.

when i system trnsferred i chose the option to use pc to transfer files over bc 2ds had a old school sd card while new3ds had microsd. and that makes sense, so do i even need to do this step? and just continure on with the guide?

Go on with the guide. As @squall14716 said, it's because you copied your Luma config file from your source 3DS.
