Hacking iso game extractor modifier and save modify/extractor

Do these exist?.. Persay i wanted to use one of my backup isos and modify it with some sort of program or something on my computer and edit the files within the iso then put it back together.. is there any tool for this? im sure some hackers made something.. i wanted to mess around in some of my games.. anyways also.. what about save games? is there a way to modify them and edit them i asked this a few months ago but its been awhile alot of improvements in modding so i was wondering if its possible..

so my questions

Is there a iso or game modifier that can edit the game files or open up the iso and let me view the files inside of it and maybe eid them

Is there a save file modifier so i can persay go into my twilight princess and mess around inside of the save file to modify my user data
