I just want to be able to make my own themes from Photoshop in the near future, even if I have to hunt down a 4.5 3DS XL and a Gateway card.
yeah that's roms only.
and ssspwn is homebrew only.
but of course, i hope either one is worked into giving us the same progress we have on 4.5
