We can store 100's of backups on a USB device eliminating the need for disk swapping.
We can store 100's of movies, TV shows and audio files on a USB device or SD card for playing on our TV.
We're able to run almost any Gamecube game in good quality via disk backups.
We can install WiiWare and Virtual Console games by adding and deleting wads too and from our system menu.
We can connect our Wiis to our PC for wirelessly altering files on an SD card.
We can run any number of emulators and roms through the homebrew channel.

..but we still can't play a proper game of Goldeneye 64.

Sorry to go off topic here a little but...

Apart from th backups and movies/music & emulators what else can be done with the usb now?

Back on topic!

Golden eye 64 i hated lol ( don't hate me ) but isn't there a way to inject n64 roms into vc 64 wads?

Sorry, now I do hate you. Injecting roms has limited compatibility and as luck would have it, most of the good N64 games that people actually want dont inject

I can play it just fine!

But, I went and bought the cartridge a couple weeks ago though =P

I must say, it looks like garbage on a big screen TV though...

You're probably using the RCA component cables, yeah? That's the problem. The N64 does support s-video, however, so you should snag a good N64 s-video cable and it will look a ton better. I got the Monster Gamecube S-Video cables (the Gamecube and N64 have the same video output connector) and it looks significantly better. I recommend Monster because they are shielded which prevents noise on the line. A quick Google search for them gives me this:

You can dig around yourself if you want, just look for:
monster gamecube s-video

Never played that game. I had a PSX back then.
But apparently a lot of people really want this game on their Wii's.

I cannot stress to you enough how fun this game actually is.
It lacks almost any kind of tactic but the satisfaction is great.

no it doesn't!!!!! you can't just run and shoot on higher difficulty!

on topic, it's garbage with anything except an n64 controller, using joysticks instead of c-buttons is unacceptable. if you really want it i think an adaptoid and a pc are the answer... or the actual game.

i find it funny how we can do all those things but we can't get a 64 emulator to run at 60fps.

How is that different from any Wii game then?

i am actually more waiting for someone releasing a working banjo-tooie injection, because it is by far the best game ever

Yes, the satisfaction is indeed great. I remember that you could shot soldiers in the nuts.
