Hacking Is vita bricked

I installed Enso ex and cant seem to uninstall it. Henkaku settings have disappeared also and when I try to update by network or pc it says your already on latest firmware. Pc won't recognise the vita either.

Enso ex is risky ..alas i never used it but many people on Reddit had issues big time with it ...
