im playing on my NTSC-U Wii, with a copy of PAL Mario Kart. is it safe to play online? WOnt nintendo see that im playing a game that isnt out yet for my console? Or not? I just wanted to know if it was safe on Wi-Fi.

Uh, people import games all the time. Unless Nintendo can track peoples online activities also, theres no real reason to fear anything.
