is this safe?

    im playing on my NTSC-U Wii, with a copy of PAL Mario Kart. is it safe to play online? WOnt nintendo see that im playing a game that isnt out yet for my console? Or not? I just wanted to know if it was safe on Wi-Fi.

    I have a Jap WII in Japan and playing a USA Mario Kart... is it safe to go online here in Japan?

    Uh, people import games all the time. Unless Nintendo can track peoples online activities also, theres no real reason to fear anything.
