Hardware Is this part replaceable?

I don't know exactly what it's called, but it's the little piece that locks the ribbon cable from the Wii to the DVD drive. Mine snapped and now I'm a bit screwed... Anyone know where I can get another one?

I can but assume you mean the locking mechanism / clamp?

The one at the top right of this image?

Don't know if you can get a new one. Possibly I have one lying around here but I don't know if you can replace just the dark part, replacing it all together will be tricky though. I guess you're stuck with using tape or something similar to keep it in properly.

When it's something like this, I usually repair it by placing a bit of thick paper between the ribbon and the upper part of the connector, and shove it all the way down to let the ribbon connect well.
If it works, then I just tape it down.

That's why I said you have to put a thick piece of paper in along the ribbon, instead of only taping it.
