It's a good Mid-ranged graphics card, at the average price for that model, and the game is just bonus. It has a slight factory over clock, although the cooler may get a bit noisy on load.

But don't call it "13th best". It's just a mid-ranged graphics card and not anything special. It's also just an updated HD5850.
