is there Whatsapp for Windows 6.5?

As the title states, is there a version out there of Whatsapp which works with Windows Phone 6.5? I have Googled a lot with a lot of results one of them was a look a like... ;_; it was qute or whatever it was called and it was horrible! I have no further knownledge about wp 6.5 so if anyone has a link to the file my bff and I would be grateful! I have an Android phone myself so I can't test it asap.(my bff is on vacation so I can try it next week friday)
