So you could just browse the titles on your hard drive, click the title, and have it auto-load into your drive (virtually).

You're right, I forgot about that limitation. Only FAT is supported, which means only 2GB or less thumb drives. It isn't very useful.

According to this, the limit for unencrypted reading is 0x0050000. I'm not sure what the unit is for that (anyone wan to enlighten me?). I believe that would be up to 640 MB if that's sectors.

Wha? What are you on about? FAT16 and FAT32 allow external USB devices of ANY size (okay, 8 tebibytes, but that's so big I don't even know how much that is), the format just determines how big the size of one file can be (4GB max), which will be a problem for ISOs bigger than 4GB (though it's unlikely they'll be that big).
