There are million programs to do that, but can you do it on iphone/ipad?
Can't find it anywhere.

For lyrics I know of "snaglyrics"
And for album covers you'll have to use iTunes (click on advanced get album artwork)

But no there isn't an AppStore/cydia app for it

Album Art etc. have to be synced to your iPod. It'll have to be done via iTunes or a computer due to how the files work on the iPod. in theory you could make one but you'd have to make a program that knows exactly what to name the file, what file to edit to make it work etc.
