Theres this program called Dssion, the programer is still working on it so it might have some errors why don't you go check it out.

Nope, not that I know of.

There is a menu system that will work with any cart (I can't recall the name offhand) but it currently doesn't play commercial ROMs, and to use it you have to auto-launch it from another menu that has an auto-launch feature.
