Is there any such kind of app or hack to make your own background music for the Vita?

Thanks Chief! Much appreciated!!! However, that music seems to be attached to a theme, and not the BGM in general. However, I'd also like to ask, before I do this to my Vita, is there a way to save the original BGM to my PC or phone or whatever? I'd hate to lose it permanently!!! But thanks again chief, you rock!!!
