Is there an app similar to NUSspli for the vWii?

I was just wondering, why I want to do this on the vWii instead of the Wii U menu is because the vWii menu just feels so empty.

I mainly work with the original Wii, I'm not 100% on the vWii, but I think you can just go looking for a repository of .wads and install them via Wii Mod Lite, or a similar tool. There's a tool that runs on Windows that lets you download stuff from the NUS for Wii and DSi, and can pack a wad, though I don't know if I'm allowed to say anything about it here.

No. Unlike 3ds hshop, where you can download injects, physical only games, romhacks, translations, homebrew and more, NUSplii only downloads things directly from the Nintendo Update Servers, a.k.a. eShop downloads, this means that you can't install Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 , Resident Evil 4 with gamepad compatibility, uncensored Manhunt 2, WADs, homebrew, etc. from there, because those things are not in the update servers
