nope you can either buy a new wii or send it to nintendo and they'll erase everything they will charge you though

You can't use someone else's NAND for your wii as they are encrypted.... And buying a new NAND might affect your wii like making it into a LU64 firmware.. (correct me if i'm wrong...)
