Corbenik's nightly (skeith) has a no outline patch that works with 1.1
I think the same method for Luma3DS works with Gateway, but I am not sure since Gateway tends to be really out of date

i tried that code.bin with gateway it works on luma but not when i use gateway

You can remove it with NTR as well, but it only works on New3DS
