No one else is working on it, all they're really saying is if you want to see it translated, you're going to have to learn how to do it yourself.

I've had enough! If nobody is doing it then I will just play the PSP version! My PSP is half broken and has a terrible ghosting effect, but hey - I shouldn't act "entitled", right? Fluck off!

I wanted to help this community, but it is beyond help. It forces me to play on a console that I don't want to play on.

Yeah kinda, but it also has scratches and other things. I'd prefer to play it on my 3DS XL, despite the lower resolution.

Dump text file
Inject text file
Translated game

It's not that easy. Yes there is a translated game, but you would still need to make sure all the dialog is properly set up. As well, any scenes that aren't part of text dialog, such are cutscenes, will have to be manually edited.
This is a lot of effort, when honestly, getting a PSP is easier.
