Hacking Is Rxtools region free by default?

My O3DS XL is USA and i installed Rxtools on it using the following tutorial:

May i install an EUR or JPN .cia on my 3DS with no worry?

Yup, but depending on which version of rxTools you have, out of region CIAs that you install can sometimes disappear from the HOME menu or become wrapped again (like when you first install them) and move out of the folder you put them in.

It seems to be the last rxtools nightly version (15-12-05).


Does that version has those problems you've mentioned?

Dunno. Never tried it.
I should also mention that it seems to only happen with JAP *.CIAs for me.
