    Hello.:)

You can use the GBA Tool Advance:
    https://gbatemp.net/download/gbata-gba-tool-advance-0-7a.223/

On the option SRam Patcher is a Button to Patch.
If it is greyed out your Rom do not need to be patched.
    Please use CLEAN Roms.

    Thank you and
    Good luck.:)

We barely had video players. Editing usually involves a lot more. I guess you could make a simple trimming and splicing tool, especially if you use formats conducive to it. In the more theoretical sense (as in think the Turing complete tests) then I guess you could but it would take forever to do anything, such that a laptop you find on the street will do better. You could also come the other way and offload the video filters and hardcore editing to a powerful setup and have the UI on the DS -- we already saw web browsers do it (see DSHobro) and it is essentially just a version of VNC. I am not sure why you would pick a DS for this -- touch screen can be nice and I guess you could fake some kind of jog wheel for a given editor using it but android tablets or graphical tablets probably represent the better choice at this point in time.
