I know that it sponsors GBATemp, but when I ordered my r4i gold it told me to email a chinese sounding email address, and that they would then give me their paypal... Wtf?

AFAIK, their official Paypal account was banned because of Piracy, so they use a different one and only give it through email.

I bought a R4I Gold recently with them and paid with credit card. If I'm not mistaken, the bill came with a clothing shop name or something like this.

NDS-Card is legitimate. Ordered my DSTT a few months ago. They do the whole email thing so they do not publicly post the email. Selling flash carts and accepting PayPal is problematic. Simply email them, they will send you the address, and you send the funds as goods to them. Still have PayPal protection, without them needing to declare the goods. You should get an email very quickly with confirmation.

EDIT: My mistake. You choose services, not goods. Still get PayPal buyer protection.

Paypal and most credit card processors tend to not allow certain kinds of business. Flashcarts being one of those kinds.

The email thing was setup because paypal bans paypal accounts related to flashcart sites.. So they setup a roundabout method to avoid getting banned.
