Hey, i recently bought a PSP from a friend of mine, and another guy told me the buttons are weird..

For example to click ok you press O...

I used to have a PS2 and a PSX and if i remember correctly you always had to press X..

So is there anyway to put these buttons back where they should be??

EDIT: oh and by the way when i play a PSX game it always comes up as a small screen is there anyway to enlarge it?? Thanks.

probably import from Japan (or where it came out first) You can prob find out more about where your psp comes from by searching for the version code of your psp.

Its perfectly fine. They just changed around the buttons in XMB and some other games.
MGS is a game where X is cancel and O is accept.
Usually its supposed to be X = accept, Triangle = cancel. But don't worry if it isn't seeing as it won't affect the way games are supposed to be played.

Yeah i got Custom Firmware, the latest i think...

If its hard work then i dont wanna fiddle around with it, i dont mind pressing a different button..

Anyway, answers for my second question please

it's set to japanese that's why. Turn off your psp, hold r and turn your psp on you'll go into recovery menu, and find the setting to switch o to x.

For the small screen for PSX games, try hitting the home button and going to the Other Settings then change the screen from original to normal.
