Hi everyone!
i'm here to ask some advices :)

So the story is as follows, today, after some days of inactivity, i take my switch out of the original dock and started using it, i was playing zelda sykward sword, when suddenly
the screen crashed. After that i've tried evrything but nothing got it to work. So i thought to update with Daybreak, but suddenly it didn't want to boot anymore cfw and stock too.
So i've tried to restore a NAND backup but, after a succesful restore, during the boot gave a system error ( An errorhas occured etc....) so i tried to do the last thing possible.
Reinitialize, same error.

Last resort ( the backup was on 10.0.4) update. After the update the swicth won't turn on anymore. This led me to think it just removed AutoRCM. But, in that case... shouldn't boot fine at this stage?
Instead now is at a black screen with nothing left to do.

I'm here to ask your advice on how may i solve this situation! :D

Thanks in advance for your time!

If the backup you restored is an older firmware than you were running before you might have a fuse issue.
Try setting up a new SD card with atmosphere and Hekate and then boot stock through Hekate. That ignores the fuse count.

Hi!
Thanks for your answer but I am afraid to have not properly described my actual situation >.<
So after the restore, after the Switch Logo came an erro message 'An erro has occured etc...' after a lot of troubleshooting I tried to use the maintancw mode to do a factory reset and an OTA Update.

After the update finished, the switch dind't turn on anymore. Here I am not talking about a boot problem. But it doesn't turn on. So I don't know what to do. Can an OTA Update remove AutorRCM if that so being updated to the latest firmware, given my switch last fuse was on 5.0.4 shouldn't update the fuse and normally start?
And, if I send the switch to Nintendo for repair... will they upgrade it to a newer hardware revision? I have an original switch no patched.

Given that AutoRCM may have been overwritten, did you try to get the Switch into RCM mode and inject a payload? Also, if in fact there's some hardware fault with your device, I would not trust Nintendo to do this repair and give you back an unpatched Switch. Ask around in these forums to see if there's someone here who can do it for you.

Well indeed not quite tried it, I didn't have my RCM jig with me. This comes with two other question:

If switch doesn't turn on (but when I place in dock it briefly light on ) leaving with no electricity should drain it's battery? Will it charge in an 'unstable state' like this one?

If I am able to put it back to RCM what should I do? There is a way to erase the NAND and flash a new firmware as a clean state?

Regarding the question about charging, I would think that if the device is in some state that is discharging the battery, plugging it into the dock, or connecting a USB-C power source to it would prevent the battery from being completely discharged. If I were you I would first try to see if you can boot into Hekate. Get your jig and do what petspeed suggested to see if you can get into Hekate/stock fw. At least you can eliminate some issue and opens up some options that others may be able to help.

You can try to install a clean firmware with ChoiDujour.
