Hacking Is libshacccg.suprx device specific?

I own 3 vitas, I extracted libshacccg.suprx by usong package installer and using another app. Now that I have it can I just send the file to my other vistas vita ad-hoc or does this file need to be extracted from each vita? I ask this because I see that guides tell you how to extract it instead of just providing a downloading link despite the compiler bring %100 legal.
